About This Movie
Plan C is this interesting blend of comedy and drama where you really feel Max's struggle. She's in this tough spot, unemployed and unexpectedly pregnant, and the way the film captures her despair but also her evolution is pretty engaging. The pacing has these nice moments where it slows down just enough for you to soak in her emotions. The atmosphere feels raw but also hopeful, and the performances, especially from the lead, pull you right in. It's got some clever writing that gets you to think about choices and second chances without being too heavy-handed. There's something distinct about how it balances light-heartedness with genuine moments of introspection.
