The film follows Shima Sumitomo, a girl navigating the complexities of her new life after her parents' divorce. Moving to Hokkaido to live with her father, she faces challenges in fitting in at her new high school. Here, she encounters Gen Tatebayashi and Wao Sakurai, who are the most popular boys in her class, bound by a principle that keeps them available to everyone.

As Shima develops feelings for Gen and Wao, she must navigate the social dynamics of her peers and the strict unwritten rules of attraction. This creates tension and comedy as she seeks her own path in the romance of high school life.
