So, Quackerz is an interesting little film from Viktor Lakisov, released in 2016. It dives into this vibrant world where a Sun Duck is the protector of its flock, and the whole thing has this whimsical animation style that really captures the imagination. The pacing is a bit uneven, sometimes dragging in the middle, but the premise is quite charming. Themes of good vs. evil are explored through the antics of a mischievous Evil Witch trying to seize control. What stands out to me are the colorful visuals and the way the characters are designed; they have a playful quality. The voice performances, though, feel a little flat at times, which detracts from the overall enjoyment. Still, it's a unique entry in the animation landscape.
