In Quito 2023, the city has been walled off by military dictator Leonardo Ponce, who seized control in the early 2010s. The film follows a group of young revolutionaries, led by Marcos and Santiago, as they prepare for a coup d'état. Just before their strike, Santiago begins to question the motives behind their actions, prompting a reevaluation of their goals and the implications of their rebellion.
