Racing with the Moon

In Racing with the Moon, two friends, Henry and Nicky, navigate the challenges of impending military service in a small coastal California town. As they prepare to ship off to World War II, Henry becomes romantically involved with Caddie Winger, a newcomer in town, whom he mistakenly believes is wealthy. Meanwhile, Nicky's reckless behavior leads to complications that test their friendship and romantic relationships.
