Raising a Riot

The story centers on Commander Peter Kent of the Royal Navy, who returns home to his wife May and their three children: Peter, Anne, and Fusty. After May departs for a trip to Canada, Peter must manage the children on his own. They travel to his father's new country home, which happens to be a windmill, and soon find themselves in a humorous rivalry with an American family living nearby.
