Re-emigrantes

The film follows the Briones family as they return to their hometown, Villanueva de los Molinos, after facing difficulties elsewhere. They seek to build a new life in this rural setting, where they encounter both the sweet and bitter realities of village life.

Santiago, the family's patriarch, along with his children Damián, Antoñito, Pólar, and Rosendo, navigates various jobs ranging from agricultural work to caring for the mayor’s elderly mother.
