Recipes of Diet Diaries

The story follows the Tanita Corporation, which has created the first body fat measuring device but struggles with its overweight employees. To improve the company's image and boost sales, President Unosuke Tanida orders all employees to go on a diet, leading to various challenges within the workplace.

Nutritionist Nanako, played by Yûka, is brought in to guide the employees through their dieting journey. Under her supervision, the staff are required to eat at the company restaurant twice a day. As they follow her recipes, they begin to see positive changes, which adds a layer of humor and drama to the narrative. The film runs for 100 minutes and highlights the personal struggles and successes of the characters as they navigate their weight loss efforts.
