Regoch

The film tells the story of the giant Regoch and the fairy Kosjenka as they embark on surreal adventures in an unknown world. It draws inspiration from a tale written in 1916 by Ivana Brlic Mazuranic, who is often referred to as the Slavic Tolkien. The animation combines elements of fairy tales and mythology, presenting a unique visual experience.

Regoch is part of the internationally recognized interactive book project "Croatian Tales of Long Ago," showcasing a collection of eight fairy tales. This project highlights the depth of Croatian folklore and its storytelling traditions. The film has received accolades, including a win in the Story category at the FlashForward Film Festival in 2002, further emphasizing its creative storytelling and artistic merit.
