The story follows Stavros, a seemingly successful man who revisits the places of his childhood in Brno, Czechoslovakia. As one of over three thousand Greek children who sought refuge from civil war in 1948, his return is deeply personal. He aims to transport the remains of his grandparents, who raised him in exile, back to Greece.
