S-Friends: Dokoku

In S-Friends: Dokoku, Shoko Morimura is a single mother working at a mail-order company. She rekindles her relationship with her first love, Kitada Kazuki, an obstetrician and gynecologist. Their intense connection leads to a series of passionate encounters, highlighting their emotional struggles and desires.

As Kazuki finds himself practicing medicine on a remote island, he begins to envision a future with Shoko. Motivated by Kazuki's feelings, Shoko contemplates significant changes in her life.
