Saga of the Vagabonds

The film follows Lord Taro, who, while attempting to deliver a money chest, is robbed by brigands led by Jibu. One of Jibu's men, Rokuro, ultimately befriends Taro and decides to return the stolen money. However, Taro's brother, Jiro, falsely accuses him of the theft, leading Taro to join the outlaws and fight against the corrupt nobles.

Toshirō Mifune stars alongside a talented cast that includes Koji Tsuruta and Yōko Tsukasa. With its focus on samurai culture and moral dilemmas, the film appeals to fans of classic Japanese cinema.
