Sams

The narrative follows three couples, an unmarried mother, and two children as they attempt to transform their lives by forming larger families. Eva struggles against the confines of her traditional upbringing, while Vera and Lasse deal with the bleakness of their suburban existence. Lena is a single mother raising her son Pelle, and Sven and Bibi are a couple living in a cramped apartment, frequently at odds with each other.
