The plot centers on honest police officer Surajbhan, who seeks to gather evidence against the criminal Raiszada Narsingh. When Raiszada learns of Surajbhan's investigation, he kills Surajbhan and frames Rajeshwar Nath for the murder. This sets off a chain of events leading to Surajbhan's son, Ajit, growing up with Raiszada and ultimately seeking vengeance for his father’s death.
