Saru Lock: The Movie has this odd blend of action, comedy, and drama that's hard to pin down. Saru, the locksmith, is hilarious in his cluelessness, especially when it comes to women. The film sets this light yet tense tone as he gets embroiled with yakuza gangsters over a briefcase of stolen cash.
