The film follows radio presenter Zippo as he encourages listeners to fulfill their resolutions by midnight. Among the characters is Toto, an ex-con turned bus driver, who is navigating the night with a pregnant Russian woman and a deceased Nigerian drug courier. Meanwhile, Toto's friend Frank is involved in a risky million-mark deal, and a jealous Irishman is on a vengeful path against his wife.
