Science Fiction. The creativity of an artist

The film follows Roberto Soto, a Spanish science fiction screenwriter celebrated for his Goya award-winning work. When his producer demands a departure from science fiction into more intellectually enriching genres, Roberto faces a creative crisis. This conflict forces him to decide between his passion for writing science fiction and the expectations set by his producer.

As he locks himself away to meet the producer's demands, his best friend Luis arrives with a quirky idea for a film about mutant octopuses. This element of the story adds a layer of humor and absurdity to Roberto’s predicament, highlighting the often absurd nature of the creative process. The film blends satire with elements of comedy, making it a unique addition to the genres of both science fiction and comedy.
