Secretul lui Nemesis

The film follows the story of a former Communist Party activist who has fallen from grace. Now the head of a tenants' association, he employs the same tactics of blackmail and anonymous letters that he once used in politics. His obsession leads him to terrorize the tenants who are merely seeking justice.
