The film follows Vali, a young man facing challenges after being rejected from college. In a desperate bid for an alibi, he steals a motorcycle to reach his father in Bucharest. Once there, he meets Anișoara, a store clerk, and they share a brief but hopeful romantic encounter at the seaside.
