Side Effects

The story follows Daniel, played by Martin Pechlát, who is a successful architect excited about his latest skyscraper design. However, his joy is overshadowed when he learns that his wife, Kateřina, portrayed by Anna Polívková, is facing a serious health crisis. With her kidneys failing, Daniel is confronted with a life-altering choice: to offer his kidney and risk his own life or to protect himself at the potential cost of his marriage.
