Silent Disco

Silent Disco explores the intersection of physical and virtual experiences within a club setting. Viewers engage with the narrative as they watch three distinct VR short films, each offering a different thematic journey.

The first film invites the audience into a surreal environment, combining elements of a club and an elevator descent. This scene sets an apocalyptic tone as participants dance with odd party guests on their way to the underworld.

The second film flips traditional cinematic voyeurism, placing the audience on a small stage within an atmospheric strip club. This shift prompts questions about the viewers' relationship with the space and its occupants.

In the final black-and-white film, viewers find themselves in an abstract, dark setting accompanied by eerie music from a self-playing piano and a fiddling figure representing death. This haunting backdrop creates a unique folk dance of death, concluding the immersive experience.
