Soba Girl Yuzu-chan

The film follows Naruse Yuzu, the only daughter of the Naruse soba restaurant. After the sudden death of her father, Yuzu faces the pressure of maintaining the restaurant's quality as stated in his will. Her journey toward becoming a soba master is complicated by the arrival of her father's illegitimate daughter, Akiko, who possesses culinary skills and an enticing allure.

As Yuzu grapples with her feelings for Teppei, a co-worker, she must also contend with the challenges brought by Akiko's presence. The film interweaves personal ambition with culinary tradition, set against the backdrop of a family-run soba shop. This narrative offers a glimpse into the dynamics of love and rivalry in a specialized culinary world.
