Sonata of Wave

The film tells the story of Dong Bin, who owns a surfing shop by the sea. Xiao Fang, a young man working there, grapples with unresolved grief and guilt from a past accident. His monotonous routine changes when he meets Yuan Yong and Yang Fan, two individuals seeking a surfing board for photography rather than surfing.

As their friendship develops, the trio shares experiences that bring them closer, notably during a night out that culminates in an unexpected karaoke session. Each character navigates their personal challenges, with Yuan Yong trying to escape parental expectations and Yang Fan searching for direction in life. The film captures their journey through connection and the complexities of young adulthood.
