In the town of Destor, Scott, a repeat ex-con, lives with Jessie, his much younger girlfriend. Their quiet life is disrupted when social worker Anick moves in to document Scott's reintegration into society. Initially, the filming seems to go well with amusing and heartfelt interviews.
