The film centers on Nick Sander, an advertising executive facing bankruptcy. To maintain appearances, he plans to marry the banker's daughter while trying to hide his financial woes from his fiancée, Lilli Brenner.

Complicating matters, Nick learns he has a 13-year-old son, Oskar, who arrives unexpectedly from Salzburg. Nick's attempt to introduce Oskar as a Mozart actor for a campaign leads to tension and humorous situations as the truth unravels. The film features a solid cast including Pasquale Aleardi, Stephanie Japp, and Jean Pierre Cornu, which adds depth to its comedic narrative.
