The plot follows Carrie, Mitzie, and Chicago, who find themselves in trouble at a women's prison. They are offered early parole in exchange for participating in a study on human aggression and antisocial behavior at a college. However, the study takes a dark turn when Dr. Blalock, the overseeing professor, uses an experimental drug that exacerbates the very issues he aims to investigate.
