Superman Returns is an interesting mix of nostalgia and modern storytelling. Bryan Singer takes a more emotional approach, exploring themes of abandonment and redemption, especially with Clark's return after years away. Brandon Routh's performance has a lot of heart and really channels that classic Christopher Reeve vibe.
