Sweekar Kiya Maine

The film follows Gopika Sharma, a young woman from a middle-class background in Bangalore. Encouraged by her uncle Dubey, she moves to Bombay with her maid, Lajjo, in hopes of realizing her dream of singing. However, their journey is fraught with difficulties, including Dubey's mysterious disappearance.

As Gopika and Lajjo search for stability, they encounter various obstacles that force them to make unconventional choices. They eventually strike a unique arrangement to cohabit with Kishankumar Shukla, who poses as Gopika's husband in order to secure a place to stay. The narrative captures the struggles of adapting to city life while balancing aspirations and societal pressures.
