The narrative follows two escaped prisoners, Blind Mustafa and Condemned Hasan, who manage to elude the authorities after a transport vehicle accident. Retired police commissioner Hüseyin, feeling unfulfilled in his life, takes it upon himself to track down the fugitives. His motivation is to prove his worth to his son by bringing the prisoners back to justice.

As Hüseyin pursues the fugitives through challenging weather and difficult terrain, he faces obstacles that shift the balance of power. The story unfolds in a tense atmosphere, highlighting the struggle between the retired commissioner and the cunning escapees.
