Tarlan

The story follows little Zakir, who is given custody of a foal and faces the excitement and challenges of horse racing. He makes a bet with a village boy, showcasing his argumentative nature. With the guidance of his grandfather, who shares wisdom, Zakir trains the horse. A city girl named Aigul also plays a role in helping with the horse’s care, adding depth to the narrative.

This collaboration highlights the film's cultural roots and the emphasis on storytelling in Kazakhstan.
