Tees

The film follows Anhad Draboo, a young freelance prostitute in 2042, as he encounters Niharika, a reader from the Literature and Arts Commission. Their meeting occurs six months after Anhad's manuscript, titled Tees (30), is rejected, setting the stage for a complex narrative about artistic expression and societal constraints.

In 2018, the story shifts to Zia Draboo, a corporate lawyer in Mumbai, who faces challenges when trying to buy a flat due to resistance related to her name. This subplot highlights the ongoing struggles against societal norms and prejudices.

The narrative also delves into the past, focusing on Ayesha, a State Radio newsreader in 1989-90 Kashmir, who seeks help for her husband amid rising unrest. Each generation grapples with personal and political turmoil, making Tees a compelling exploration of resilience across time.
