Ten Winters in One Summer

This film presents four narratives that capture the essence of village life in Moldova. The first story follows Stefan, a former soldier returning home to find his life altered, as his girlfriend has married someone else. The second tale features Ion Ciocanu, a character navigating the complexities of power dynamics in his community.

The third story introduces a young rural saint whose unexpected love for a girl leads him to yearn for a more ordinary existence. The film concludes with the story of Toolbarel, a wise elder who connects the characters across their individual journeys.
