Tender Age is an intriguing watch, really. It starts off as this straightforward tale about a young man's life, but then it weaves into something much deeper. The duality of sadness and optimism is striking, and it really makes you think. The pacing, though, can be a bit uneven but I think it adds to the overall feel. You find yourself drawn in by the rawness of the performances—there's a sincerity that feels authentic. The atmosphere has this melancholic yet hopeful vibe that's just hard to shake. And while we might not know much about the director, the storytelling is what shines here, layered with emotional complexity that’s both heart-wrenching and uplifting.
