Terang Boelan

In Terang Boelan, Rohaya is faced with the dilemma of marrying her father's choice, the wealthy Musa, or eloping with her true love, Kasim. The film captures their emotional struggle as Kasim plays the song "Terang Boelan" the night before the wedding, leading them to make a life-changing decision. They escape from Sawoba Island to Malacca, where they attempt to build a new life together.
