The Bloody Hero

The film follows Fong Tak Yuan, a character whose disinterest in his family's farm leads him into a world of crime. Persuaded by a local gang, he becomes involved in robbing peasant farmers to cultivate opium. When the gang turns on him, Fong's family suffers brutal consequences, culminating in the murder of his father.

In response to this tragedy, Fong and his brother take a stand against the gang, resulting in a violent confrontation. The storyline captures themes of vengeance and the impact of criminality on family and community.
