The cleaners

The Cleaners follows Flora, who, faced with financial limitations, decides to commit a robbery to fund her wedding. She recruits Kyriakos into her plan, but their heist takes an unexpected turn when they become trapped in an elevator during the robbery. What should have been a straightforward crime spirals into chaos as they struggle to escape after being confronted by store employees and customers.

As they attempt to leave the building, the situation worsens when the cleaning lady accidentally locks them inside, leading to a wait for a locksmith. Instead of a locksmith arriving, the police show up, complicating their already disastrous plan further. This film's blend of comedy and misadventure makes it a distinctive entry in the genre.
