The Collection

The Collection presents a series of interconnected short stories, illustrating the diverse narratives that emerge from a collaborative filmmaking effort. This film was produced between May 2001 and December 2005 as part of the DV Workshop project, showcasing the talents of various New York City actors and writers.

Filmed with a digital camera and edited using home computer software, The Collection embodies the spirit of independent cinema. It reflects a grassroots approach to filmmaking, with its stories originally shared online throughout the production process. The project culminated in screenings held in New York City and Lisbon in late 2005, marking the completion of this innovative endeavor.
