The Dark Room and Eros follows the story of Hideo Hamada, a photo studio owner who becomes captivated by a nude photograph of a young woman named Naomi. The photo's owner, Joji Kawai, has a disturbing plan for Naomi, raising her to fulfill his twisted vision of an ideal partner.
