The Dunning Man

Connor Ryan, played by James Carpinello, finds himself jobless and recently dumped. He returns to Atlantic City, where he attempts to piece his life back together by managing a few apartments in a low-rise condo complex. The setting is overshadowed by the glitz of the nearby casino, adding to his struggles.

However, Connor faces significant hurdles as his tenants refuse to pay rent. To collect the money he desperately needs, he must confront an array of colorful characters, including Chechen animal trainers involved in criminal activities, a party-loving rap star, and a single mother who captures his heart. This mix of drama, humor, and crime creates a unique narrative that reflects the complexities of life in a vibrant yet challenging environment.
