The Edge of the Shadows

Set eight years after a horrific attack, The Edge of the Shadows follows Tuuma, a tourist guide sailing with two tourists. Against his better judgment, they venture to the site of the previous attack, where a sense of dread quickly escalates into a nightmare. When the tourists vanish, Tuuma must rush back to Nuuk for help, leaving viewers on edge about the lurking dangers of the Qivittoqs in the mountains.

This film combines elements of horror and thriller, appealing to fans of both genres. The presence of the Qivittoq introduces a unique cultural aspect, adding to the film's eerie atmosphere. Angunnguaq Larsen leads the cast, bringing an authentic portrayal of fear and urgency as the story unfolds in the haunting landscape of Qaqqat Alanngui.
