The End of Old Times

Set in 1918 Czechoslovakia, The End of Old Times follows Stoklasa, an ambitious man trying to elevate his social standing by hosting a hunting party at Kratochvile Castle. Despite lacking aristocratic roots, Stoklasa invites local politicians and neighbors to impress them. However, his plans are disrupted by an uninvited guest who claims to be Duke Alexej. This hustler's charm captivates the women present, complicating Stoklasa's intentions.
