The Fantastic Water Babes

The film follows Gil, portrayed by Gillian Chung, who attempts to take her own life after a breakup. Rescued by a water deity, she believes she has gained special powers and decides to enter the Fantastic Water Babes swimming competition to confront her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend.

In her quest, Gil kidnaps swimming champion Kwok Chi Yuan, played by Alex Fong Lik-Sun, to teach her and her friends how to swim. The film combines elements of sports and romance, set against the backdrop of a competitive swimming event. With a cast that includes Eva Huang Shengyi and Stephen Fung, it offers a comedic take on personal struggles and the pursuit of love.
