The First Time

The First Time centers on 15-year-old Fili, a Berliner who becomes infatuated with the idea of losing her virginity to Johnny Depp, despite never having met him. As she navigates her daydreams and fantasies, Fili writes audio letters to Depp and saves money for a trip to Los Angeles. Her friends are preoccupied with discussions about boys and sex, further complicating her journey.

Fili’s quest to find the right guy for her first experience leads her to Ike, a twentysomething who is already involved with someone else.
