The Ghost and the Darkness

Set in late 19th century colonial Africa, the film follows engineer John Henry Patterson, played by Michael Douglas, who is tasked with completing a railroad bridge on schedule. When a series of brutal lion attacks halt progress, Patterson teams up with hunter Charles Remington, portrayed by Val Kilmer, to hunt down the beasts known as the Ghost and the Darkness.
