In this film, junior high student Yoshiyama Kazuko navigates life in Yokohama after her mother's death. Her journey begins on a summer night when she meets a mysterious young man named Kazuo, who reveals himself to be a time traveler from the 27th century. After a lab accident involving a lavender-scented mixture, Kazuko gains psychic powers that allow her to leap through time.

As Kazuko learns to use her abilities, she tries to help those around her. However, her actions lead to unforeseen consequences, particularly affecting her relationship with her sister, Non-chan. The story explores the weight of kindness and the sacrifices that come with it, culminating in a poignant moment that shapes Kazuko's understanding of love and loss.
