The Gorals

The film focuses on In-hye, who tends to her school's animal pen while avoiding her studies. Her life takes a turn when Seo-hee, a fellow student facing punishment for carrying a knife, joins her. Together, they embark on a journey to find their lost duck, Hee-seon, leading them to an abandoned meadow.

In the meadow, In-hye and Seo-hee camp out and learn to survive in the wild. Their adventure is juxtaposed with the struggles of their teacher, Kim Ah-tae, who is preparing neglected students for college interviews. This setting highlights the different paths students can take and the importance of connection and resilience during a pivotal time in their lives.
