The Hole in the Wall tells the story of Madame Mysteria, a spiritualist whose untimely death in a train wreck prompts her associates to replace her rather than announce her demise. She agrees to help with the deception on the condition that they assist her in kidnapping the baby of her former love, Donald Ramsey.
