This installment follows Ginjiro as he grapples with a challenging situation where debt collection has become nearly impossible. His regular clients are victims of a con, orchestrated by the Sugiura gang's underboss, Domoto. Domoto's ambitions to take control of the gang lead to various sabotages, particularly targeting Yukino, the acting head and widow of the real boss.

Ginjiro, having invested in a resort hotel project, is angered to discover Domoto's plans to undermine it. This fuels his determination to confront the threats against his interests and those of the gang.
