The Light of Recollection

The film follows John, who seeks to understand humanity's future amid a civilization crisis. Hyun-woo represents the younger generation, striving to connect with the past, while So-yeon embodies the idea that love is humanity's salvation. A love triangle forms between these characters, adding complexity to their emotional journeys.

The story takes a turn when Yo-seob goes missing during a hang gliding accident, prompting Hyun-woo and So-yeon to raise Yo-seob's child, Darin. After four years, they set out for Jeju Island, reminiscing about Yo-seob and hoping to uncover the truth about his fate. Their journey leads them to an uninhabited island, where they reflect on their shared memories and the impact of love on their lives.
