The Littlest Rebel

The Littlest Rebel tells the story of young Virgie, whose father, Captain Herbert Cary, is a Confederate soldier. Caught in the crossfire of the Civil War, Virgie, her mother, and her slave Uncle Billy encounter Union soldiers, including Colonel Morrison, who seeks to capture her father. In a twist of fate, Virgie aids Morrison by singing "Dixie" and cleverly hiding her father from capture.
